Have you heard of the boyfriend's shirt concept? Our shirt is a classic unisex style that will become a staple for men and ladies. Made from a 100% light handspun, hand-loomed khadi which has been hand block-printed with our People Gathering Print. With a crisp straight collar, a single wide front chest pocket and a single back yoke provide a more structured back panel. Looks great tucked in our tailored pants for a smart look ideal for corporate life, the long line will allow you to wear untucked for a relaxed slimline look over matching pants or skirt for a bold statement or your favourite jeans and sneakers.
People Gathering Print
The people gathering pattern was influenced through a collection of 18th-century toys originating from Europe, which featured little wooden people dancing together hand in hand. This is a pattern which plays with sentimental ideas attached to history and objects, and the way this can articulate more extensive social conventions dealing with the hindrance or help within harmony and acceptance needed to create a sustainable and ethical community. This can be perceived as the value in which The ANJELMS Project stands by as an ethical initiative and community.
